Additionally, while talking about the ‘Biwi No.1’ song ‘Chunari Chunari’, Sushmita shared that the movie was shot in Miami in Fort Lauderdale. It had some parts in the US which are quite extensive. The song Chunari Chunari was shot in San Francisco, San Jose, and the Golden Gate Bridge. She recollected some of those days when they all were frozen due to the cold. Interestingly, Salman Khan was wearing a polo neck, a blazer, and some innerwear, and he was also wearing a yellow suit in this song. The actress was in a lehenga while the whole unit was covered in woolen clothes. She remembers how freezing the weather was.
Sushmita said that all women have the ability to survive such peak winters even when draped in a chiffon saree, anywhere, anytime. The same thing happened while shooting the song. When director David Dhawan approached her with the song, Sushmita asked him, ‘What is this song?’ and she asked the same to Salman Khan. But both of them promised that this will be a hit song soon. After the release, the song was played in every household for weddings and celebrations, and Sushmita says the song remains special for her.
