Shreyas Talpade will be seen next in the third installment of the ‘Welcome’ franchise which is called ‘Welcome To The Jungle‘. The film boasts of an elaborate star cast – from Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez among others along with Shreyas. In a recent interview, Talpade has spilled some beans on ‘Welcome 3‘ and what people can expect from it.
He said that it’s a very interesting and funny story about all these guys coming together and pulling off a kind of a stunt. The brief was very clear to the whole team that they just need to have some madness on set and make sure they entertain people. Shreyas also added that the next schedule is set to begin in March and he’s looking forward to it.
The actor revealed the USP of the film is that – he’s coming back with Tusshar after ‘Golmaal’ franchise and that’s not all – even Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi are coming together. “There are some crazy scenes,” said Shreyas in a chat with News18.
Incidentally, Shreyas had just returned home from the shoot of ‘Welcome 3’ and he suffered a heart-attack. He underwent an angioplasty. He’s doing fine now and is ready to get back to work but the actor had said that he’s realised with this incident that one needs to take a break. “I was never hospitalised before in my life, not even for a fracture so I didn’t see this coming. Don’t take your health for granted. Jaan hai toh Jahaan hai. An experience like this changes your perspective towards life. I started doing theatre at 16, became a professional actor at 20. For the past 28 years, I have just been focusing on my career. We take our families for granted. We think we have time. As a nation, we are not high on preventive care,” he had said.
