Aamir Khan wants to make a film with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, confirms Andaz Apna Apna 2 | Hindi Movie News – Times of India


On March 14, Aamir Khan celebrated his 59th birthday in a unique way by hosting a special live Instagram session on his production house’s official page. He not only delighted fans by confirming the much-anticipated sequel to the cult classic Andaz Apna Apna, but also expressed his desire to collaborate with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in a future project.
Responding to a fan’s query about the possibility of the Khan trio gracing the silver screen together, Aamir revealed that they have been contemplating the idea for some time. He shared insights into their shared aspiration to work together and create something special for their audiences.
“Even I think we should do a film together. When we were together, Shah Rukh, Salman, and me, we were also contemplating that we must do a film together in our careers. We must try that we do a film together for us and for our audiences. So, we had this thought, now let’s see what happens. I hope if a good script is offered, we will definitely do it. I think all three of us are very keen to work with each other,” Aamir disclosed.

Talking about Andaz Apna Apna 2, Aamir revealed that filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi is working on the script of Andaz Apna Apna 2. He also mentioned that the film is in the beginning stages and expressed his happiness that the filmmaker has started thinking about it as he thinks it will be a great film for them to do and for audiences to watch.

Earlier in the day, Aamir celebrated his birthday by cutting a cake with the artistes of his home production and also his ex-wife Kiran Rao, who is the director of Laapataa Ladies, and the media.
He had a working birthday as he is busy with his new project Sitaare Zameen Par. The film revolves around Down Syndrome and is set to release on Christmas.
