Adah Sharma, who was seen outside the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s apartment last year, where he resided before his passing in 2020, recently addressed questions about her potential purchase of the property.
During an interview with Siddharth Kanan, Adah was inquired about buying the apartment. She said that she prefers to discuss such matters at the right time. She stated, “For now, I would just like to say that I live in everyone’s hearts. There is a right time to speak. When I had gone to see the place, I got overwhelmed with the media attention. I am a private person. I love being in the public eye for my movies but I have always been private. I guard my privacy.”
She also expressed her shock over certain comments related to Sushant Singh Rajput and the news of his apartment being sold. She felt that it’s inappropriate to discuss someone who is no longer with us, someone who has contributed to such wonderful films.
“I don’t stand for that. He is an actor who I have great respect for so I would like to put everything where he has his respect,” she added.

Adah, who was recently seen in Bastar: The Naxal Story, further added, “I don’t appreciate people making casual comments… I didn’t find it acceptable. I read some comments about him. I mean, you can criticize me, but please refrain from criticizing someone who isn’t here or doesn’t have a voice. I will share details about where I live materially in due time, but right now, I am residing in the hearts of millions of people, rent-free.”
