New glimpses into the lives of two beloved stars, singer Hwang Min Hyun and actor Song Kang, have emerged as they started their military service at the Republic of Korea Army’s new recruit training center.
Hwang Min Hyun, known for his vocals as a member of the popular boy group NU’EST and appearances in many popular dramas, took the first step of his military journey by enlisting on March 29.While currently undergoing a rigorous 3-week basic training program, the talented singer will soon transition to his role as a public service worker, contributing to society in accordance with South Korea‘s conscription laws.
Similarly, actor Song Kang, recognized for his performances in various dramas, including ‘Navillera’, ‘Love Alarm’, ‘My Demon’, ‘Sweet Home’ and many more, began his military service on April 2 as an active duty soldier. In a series of newly surfaced photographs, Song Kang can be seen standing alongside his fellow recruits.
The enlistment news doesn’t end there, as the K-pop world prepares for more departures. NCT member Taeyong is scheduled to begin his military service on April 15. Taeyong is set to serve in the Republic of Korea Navy. Additionally, VIXX member Hyuk is slated to commence his mandatory duties on April 18 as a public service worker
