In a recent development, Priyanka Chopra‘s family has reportedly leased a bungalow located in Koregaon Park, Pune, to The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited, a co-living and co-working firm.
As reported by Hindustan Times, documents accessed by Zapkey revealed that the ag reement, signed by Priyanka’s brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra, was registered on March 21.
According to the documents, the co-living firm has paid a security deposit of Rs 6 lakh and will be paying a monthly rent of Rs 2.06 lakh. The bungalow, with a plot size of 3754 sq ft, boasts a built-up area of 2180 sq ft for the ground floor, a basement area of 950 sq ft, and a spacious garden spanning 2232 sq ft. Additionally, the parking area is measured at 400 sq ft.
Both Priyanka Chopra and co-living firm have remained unavailable for comments on this particular development.
On the other hand, it was recently reported that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ lavish Los Angeles property, valued at USD 20 million, is now ready for their return. According to The Sun, new images of Priyanka and Nick’s LA property revealed that extensive restoration work has been carried out. However, Priyanka and Nick have not disclosed their plans to reoccupy their luxurious abode.
