Many celebs, right from Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt to Priyanka Chopra, have come out in support of the Palestinians by sharing “All Eyes On Rafah” on their respective Instagram stories. Post the Israeli airstrike on the southern Gazan city of Rafah which killed at least 45 Palestinians, everyone has come out in support of Rafah. As this trend goes viral, Nushrratt Bharuccha also dropped the same on her story and supported Palestine.However, she has faced severe backlash for the same.
For those not in the know, the actress was in Tel Aviv on October 7 during the terrorist attacks and she was all petrified. She somehow managed to return to India safely with the help of the Indian and Israeli Governments. Hence, Nushrratt supporting Palestine has not gone down well with netizens. A user said, “Where were your eyes on October 7?” Another one said, “Girl you were in Israel only when Hamas attacked them still you’re posting this is unbelievable.” A person also called her a ‘Double standards woman’.
