According to News 1, the penthouse has been listed by the couple with an asking price of 7 billion won (approximately $5 million).It’s been noted that Hyun Bin acquired the 330 square metre penthouse in his name back in 2020 for 4.8 billion won (approximately $3..8 million). Considering the difference in price, the couple will pocket a profit of 2.2 billion won.

This penthouse reportedly hosted Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin as newlyweds. The report further stated that the Walkerhill Grape Hill Penthouse transfer ownership deal was completed on January 6, 2021, a year after its purchase, with the balance amount reportedly being paid in full cash.

The Walkerhill Podoville penthouse is located in Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. Spread across 330 square metres, it boasts of four rooms and four bathrooms, with a supply area, including a rooftop garden. This fancy address is also home to celebrated names like JYP Entertainment head Park Jin-young, Jo Sung-mo, Park Hae-mi, Oh Yeon-seo, and Han So-hee.
