Ishaan Khatter is rumoured to be dating model Chandni Bainz, with whom he was first spotted in September last year. He recently confirmed that he is in a relationship but chose to keep the details private. While he didn’t mention his partner’s name, Ishaan shared insights into why he prefers not to publicly ‘launch’ his relationships.
Reflecting on his past experiences, including his previous relationship with his Khaali Peeli co-star Ananya Panday, Ishaan told The Dirty Magazine, “I like guarding my private life and I’ll keep it that way, so no hard launches.I’ve been in relationships with actresses — actors (he corrects himself) — and I’ve been in a relationship with someone who is not as established as me so I’m very aware of how it affects the women I’m with. But you can’t control where you’re gonna be seen, where you’re gonna be photographed, when it’s gonna come out, how it’s gonna come out, what people are gonna say… so I’m a bit protective.”

Ishaan also opened up about his personal growth, saying that he believes he is a good partner, despite having flaws. He mentioned that he has worked on improving himself through past relationships, acknowledging that his biggest flaw might be being overly emotional.

Ishaan is currently making his Hollywood debut in the web series The Perfect Couple, starring Nicole Kidman. Directed by Susanne Bier, the series is based on the novel by American author Elin Hilderbrand.
