Babita recalled the day Karisma was born, sharing that the entire family was present with her at Breach Candy Hospital, except for her father-in-law. He had insisted he would only come to the hospital if the newborn had blue eyes. Fortunately, Karisma was born with deep blue eyes, just like her grandfather.
Babita explained that Raj Kapoor wouldn’t go to the hospital unless he was told the newborn had dark blue eyes. She felt grateful and relieved when she saw that Karisma’s eye color met his expectation.
