Federal prosecutors have obtained a tape allegedly involving Sean “Diddy” Combs in a sexual encounter with a sex worker, TMZ has reported.
Sources close to the matter reveal that the man met with federal agents in New York City on Wednesday and signed a proffer agreement, allowing him to provide information without fear of prosecution. Sources report that the man detailed to investigators how he got in touch with an escort to engage in an alleged “freak off” involving Diddy, himself, and a woman.
The “Freak offs,” are reportedly central to the criminal case building against Combs. The man also provided details regarding Diddy’s alleged drug use during these sessions, including one specific encounter in May 2023 that he claims was “caught on tape.”The man alleges that he flew from Atlanta to Miami to participate in a threesome with Diddy and the woman, during which Diddy allegedly filmed the encounter. A copy of that video is now in the hands of federal agents.
The sex worker’s account aligns with comments made by Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, who spoke with TMZ for their documentary ‘The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment’. Agnifilo downplayed the “freak offs,” describing them as ‘consensual’ threesomes rather than ‘wild orgies’.
This new evidence comes as Diddy faces serious legal charges. The music mogul was arrested last week in New York City and is currently charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.
