“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Alexis Bellino announced that she would not be returning to the series for season 19. “I am not asked back next season. I did not [get asked back],” Bellino shared while talking with former “Housewives” producer Carlos King in a December 19 episode of the iHeartRadio podcast “Going Rogue”.
Bellino went on to reveal that she found out her contract was not being renewed during “a phone call” with RHOC executive producer Alex Baskin. “It was a hard conversation. I can’t say it came as a shock. It did not come as a shock, the timing – because it was, like, noon – I guess I wasn’t really prepared, and I didn’t think contracts were coming out any time [soon], so I thought he was calling to check in… It was shocking when the call came.”
This marks Bellino’s second exit from RHOC. She initially served as a full-time Housewife from season 5 to season 8, before getting back in front of the cameras as a Friend of the Housewives in season 18.

Following the season 18 reunion finishing airing on television, Bellino took to Instagram with her thoughts and feelings after her turbulent return.
“I’m letting everyone know that I’m broken by this season… So much left on the cutting room floor that would’ve never brought so much hate to me and my family,” she wrote in the November 22 post, later adding, “I also want it to be known that I never thought I’d be brought back this season to be the villain. If I had known that I never would’ve signed. I live in love. Not anger or hate or villainous. I truly lay awake every night wondering why it was portrayed this way. Unfortunately, this season made a hit show at my and John’s expense. I thought my beating all season would be finally advocated for at the reunion and the truth would prevail.”
Fans Think Katie Ginella ‘Confirms’ RHOC Return
While Bellino is confirmed to not be back next year, could some of her season 18 co-stars be dropping hints about a potential return? Newest Housewife Katie Ginella sparked rumors that she would be back for season 19 after posting a photo with castmates Shannon Beador and Jennifer Pedranti on December 18 with the caption “When life gives you Oranges, put 3 in a bowl. 🍊 🍊 🍊.”
“Katie seemingly confirms that she is returning to RHOC alongside Shannon and Jen!!” one user wrote after sharing Ginella’s post on Reddit.
“Cool. I like them together and and sick of everyone being a one season wonder unless they truly deserve it,” another fan commented.
