Former “The Bachelorette” star Clare Crawley had an emotional day celebrating her daughter’s first birthday. Crawley and her husband, Ryan Dawkins, welcomed their daughter Rowen in January 2024 via surrogate. In honor of the little girl’s birthday, Crawley shared a beautiful post on her Instagram page.
Clare Crawley Wrote She’d Be Crying All Day
On January 15, Crawley gushed over her daughter in an Instagram post. She included a video showing her bringing a cupcake with a lit “1” candle near Rowen’s crib. The little girl quickly took notice of the candle and cupcake and seemed quite interested.
In the caption, Crawley wrote, “If you need to reach me, you can find me crying all day!”
She continued, “Our baby is ONE!! The days have been long, and the nights have felt even longer at times, all while magically in this moment feeling like it was the blink of an eye.”
“We are so beyond blessed to have a daughter with a personality made of pure sunshine and a little spice (that’s my girl!!) She has the determination of her Dada, crawling at 6 months and walking 2 weeks later, the love of being out in nature like her mama, and a passion for reading every book in sight!”
Crawley gushed, “Being her Mama is TRULY the greatest gift in life! ❤️”
Bachelor Nation Flooded Crawley’s Post With Sweet Responses
Lots of Crawley’s Instagram followers left comments wishing Rowen a happy birthday. Dawkins himself commented, “😭 Our baby is 1!” Crawley replied, “@ryandawkins not a baby anymore. 🥹🥰”
A supporter wrote, “A year went by so fast!!! Happy 1st Birthday little one!! ⭐️🥳💜”
“So happy for you ❤️❤️❤️ a perfect manifestation for you, your man and Rowen is the result, 🤗🤗🤗” someone else commented.
In an Instagram post on January 16, 2024, Crawley introduced Rowen to the world. She shared, “I prayed for you my entire life and to finally hold you in our arms is nothing short of a miracle and a dream come true!”
As Life & Style noted, Crawley tried to find love via Bachelor Nation several times. Viewers first met her as a contestant on Juan Pablo Galavas’ season of “The Bachelor” and she returned to the franchise a couple of additional times before becoming “The Bachelorette.”
Crawley’s journey to find love as “The Bachelorette” was short. She almost instantly fell for Dale Moss and the two got engaged just a couple of weeks into filming. They eventually split, and Dawkins became the Mr. Right she’d been looking for all her life.
