Machine Gun Kelly has fans buzzing over his new look.
In photos posted to Instagram on January 29, “The Voice” Season 26 advisor, whose real name is Colson baker, was seen rocking a dark blonde man bun and a beard. The shirtless singer’s blackout tattoos were in full view as he looked somberly outside a window in the first pic and adjusted his hair in the second.
“How can ‘sources say’ when the sources haven’t said anything,” Kelly singer captioned the post.
Fans Had a Mixed Reaction to MGK’s New Look
Kelly, 34, has changed things up in the past. For the 2024 People’s Choice Awards, the “My Ex’s Best Friend” singer rocked a two-toned hair look. He also went through a pink hair era back in 2022. But his new beard and man bun are quite a departure from his signature short, spiky hair and bare, baby face.
On social media, fans reacted to the singer’s latest look, which left him nearly unrecognizable. Many loved the beard/bun combo.
“Dude doesn’t miss. I’ve seen like 30 mgk styles and not a single one was bad,” one commenter wrote.
“Only man in the universe that can pull off every look in the book 😍🔥,” another agreed.
“You really came back as a viking,” a third chimed in.
“It’s giving viking in the very best way,” another agreed.

But others weren’t so sure.
“‘Ayy someone grab him the clippers, the beard is weird’,” a follower wrote.
“I’m sorry WHATTTT???? The beard???” another asked.

Machine Gun Kelly Is Expecting a Baby With His Ex, Megan Fox

Kelly debuted his new look nearly two months after it was reported that he split from his longtime fiancée, Megan Fox weeks after she announced she was pregnant.
In early November, Fox posted to Instagram to display a positive pregnancy test. In her post on November 11, the 38-year-old “Transformers” actress posed covered in black liquid as she put her hand on her expectant belly. “Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” she captioned the post.
In December 2024, TMZ reported that Kelly and Fox ended their relationship over the Thanksgiving holiday.
The breakup news was shared days after Kelly posted to X to confirm that he was “about to be a dad again.”
Kelly shares a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, with his ex Emma Cannon.
