Hugh Jackman and his ex-wife are determined to focus on the positive and are “moving forward” after their difficult split.
That’s according to a February 20 article in US Weekly.
“They’re moving forward as [best they can] despite hurt feelings and pain,” the source told US Weekly of Jackman and his ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness. “[But] it will take a while to recover because they were together for so long.

According to US Weekly, the new positive attitude comes after “hurt feelings” as a result of the pair’s divorce.
Jackman and Furness, who share two adult kids together, “figured out how to coexist,” US Weekly reported.
“Hugh and Deborra-Lee’s separation has been stressful, hard and not fully amicable,” the source told US, so the new posture is a step forward.
The couple married in 1996 and separated in 2003, according to US Weekly.

According to People Magazine, Jackman and his new girlfriend Sutton Foster have not hidden their public affection, and they were spotted kissing in a car in January 2025. She starred with him in the theater production of “The Music Man.”
They were also photographed together on a dinner date in Santa Monica, California, according to People.
Sutton also is going through a divorce from her husband, a split that she announced in October, according to People.
A source told US Weekly that Foster and Jackman are “not officially living together but spending a lot of time together.”
“They’ve known each other for so long that it’s easy to fall into the next stage of their relationship,” the source told US Weekly.
The source told US Weekly that Jackman and Foster are very serious about each other. “They’re not rushing into marriage but are committed to taking the next steps together,” the source told the publication.
“A lot of people on Broadway knew, and we kept it quiet because both of them are so nice and great people,” a source told US of the couple’s relationship.
