Alix Earle, 24, appeared February 24, 2025 on the popular YouTube show “STUCK In A Car With” to be interviewed by host Tara “Tarayummy” Thompson. The media personality, who got her start making “get ready with me” TikTok videos and showing her life as a student at the University of Miami, has skillfully leveraged her social media prowess to become a household name.
Earle, who has over 7 million followers on the app, has broken barriers only a few other online creators have overcome, hurdling past the double-edged “influencer” label to become a bona fide celebrity. Among her latest achievements is a fashion collaboration with denim brand FRAME which scored her a billboard in Times Square. In February’s juicy new interview, Earle dished about celebrity crushes, her favorite Blake Lively character, and her boyfriend, NFL player Braxton Berrios.
Alix Earle Talks About What It Was Like Hanging Out With Zac Efron
Earle revealed to Thompson, “Growing up, my first celebrity crush I would say was Taylor Lautner in Twilight. I’ve met him.” She recalled that her stepmom embarrassed her at Christmas by gifting her a poster collage of the heartthrob.
The blonde beauty named Zac Efron as her other crush, recalling a time when she hung out with the “High School Musical” hunk. Earle revealed, “I was with him somewhere and we were wearing masks, and he was like, ‘You have such pretty eyes.’ I was like, oh my god.”
Earle went on to expose the celebrity crush of her boyfriend, Miami Dolphins player Braxton Berrios, telling viewers, “Braxton’s hall pass would be Mila Kunis…that looks nothing like me!”
Reflecting on her unlikely pairing with the fair-headed athlete, Earle said, “I would say Braxton wasn’t my type, traditionally. I always liked very dark features.”
“Obviously, I’m attracted to Braxton. He just looks different from everyone else I’ve ever talked to.” She even pulled up photos of an ex on her phone, pointing out to Thompson how he looked “the complete opposite of Braxton.”
Earle didn’t hold back as she dished that her past exes have heavily deviated from Berrios’s relatively tame style, saying that one former flame even had a tongue piercing.

TikTok Superstar Calls Herself “Queen of Hangovers” and Spills On Partying In Miami
After Tara Thompson opened the interview by bemoaning her hangover from the fun night before, Earle agreed that she is “the queen of hangovers.”
She recalled that as a UMiami student, she went out every night except Monday, and frequently partied until the sun came up.
Earle said Miami was completely different from the New Jersey town she grew up in, where it was difficult to get into a bar without a real I.D. She realized when she got to Miami, “Oh, so you can put on a minidress and get in anywhere.”
The influencer and fashion plate named E11EVEN as one of her favorite Miami clubs, saying she enjoys the shoulder massages revelers can receive from the dancers there.
Her self-described party animal nature makes her perfectly suited for the famed influencer trips thrown by makeup brand Tarte, which she described by saying, “Tarte’s the only brand trips I’ve been on that it turns into an actual party. We were in the hot tub for hours and things got crazy.”
Alix Says Friends Compare Her to Blake Lively’s ‘Gossip Girl’ Character
When asked what fictional universe she would like to live in, Earle immediately named the CW drama “Gossip Girl” and stated she shares the most in common with the character Serena, who was portrayed by Blake Lively.
“A lot of people always call me Serena van der Woodsen,” said the star. “She’s very fun, besides the part where she’s just not a good friend.”
When asked about celebrity look-alikes, Earle named Lady Gaga, citing a FRAME shoot where she sported bleached eyebrows, creating a striking resemblance to the singer.
Earle said she was also compared to Miley Cyrus as a child.
Looking to the future, she told Thompson she wants to focus on helping with the marketing and creative direction of an alcohol brand in which she has invested.
Earle finished with, “I’ve always wanted to do something in the alcohol space.”
