Bravo stars James Kennedy and Ally Lewber were together at SUR just days before the “Vanderpump Rules” star was arrested.
“Hey are you guys open?” Kennedy captioned a snap uploaded to his Instagram feed on December 9.
Per TMZ, Burbank police arrived at Kennedy’s home on December 11. The reality TV star was taken into custody on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence. A source told the outlet that Kennedy was released from jail on $20,000 bail.
That same night, Lewber was at Kathy Hilton’s annual holiday party. Other reality stars were also in attendance, including Brittany Cartwright. It is unknown if Kennedy was also at the soiree.
Kennedy and Lewber have been dating since 2022.

While complete details and a full timeline of Kennedy’s arrest are unclear, he was active on Instagram on December 11.
“I can’t wait to be back at my favorite spot in DALLAS!!” Kennedy captioned the photo. He’s set to DJ at Komodo Lounge in Dallas, Texas, on January 17.
The majority of Kennedy’s recent Instagram posts have been about his DJ-ing gigs, both past and upcoming. He’s been really dedicated to his craft and has been sharing a lot of positive posts about what’s going on in his life outside of reality television.
“THANK YOU to everyone streaming and supporting my music! I know I didn’t release any original music this year, but expect that to change in 2025! I’ve been working hard on a big sound and can’t wait to share it with you all,” he captioned a post on December 4.
James Kennedy & Ally Lewber Enjoyed a Night Out at The Bungalow in Long Beach
Kennedy and Lewber were together for a night out in Long Beach on December 6. Lewber shared an Instagram post with a few photos from the night. The first photo in the carousel showed Kennedy kissing Lewber on the cheek.
“We love Christmas especially at @thebungalowlb,” she captioned the upload.
Fans loved seeing the couple together and many commented on the post.
“So happy for you both. I am happy that you are with James. Such a beautiful couple,” one person wrote.
