Some members of the “Dancing With the Stars” family are rallying around former pro Allison Holker on the 2-year anniversary of her husband’s tragic death.
“Our Angel @sir_twitch_alot is watching over us and protecting us. You are always on our hearts and we will always love you. We miss you Stephen. 2 years with you not here but you are always on our minds. We love you,” Holker captioned an Instagram post on December 13.
A few familiar faces popped up in the comments section to send Holker and her family love. Holker’s husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, died by suicide on December 13, 2022.
Allison Holker Received Support From Her DWTS Colleagues as Well as Fans
Holker often shares posts about her late husband on special days, such as their wedding anniversary or his would-be birthday. Each post is often filled with well-wishes, warm thoughts, and love from Holker’s friends and fans — and this time was no different.
The post on the two-year anniversary of tWitch’s death featured a throwback family photo from when their daughter, Zaia, was a baby.
“Love you,” wrote “Dancing With the Stars” co-host Julianne Hough.
“Sending so much love to you and your beautiful family,” Hayley Erbert said.
Three-time Mirrorball champ Val Chmerkovskiy also dropped by the comments section to leave a sad face emoji and a red heart emoji.
Other people who commented include DWTS alums Ricki Lake and Chrishell Stause.
Allison Holker Is Moving on Following tWitch’s Death
Through the healing process, Holker has opened herself to find love again. In late 2024, she went public with her new romance.
She first did a soft launch on Instagram in August, showing just her shadow holding hands with another shadow. She captioned the post with a red heart emoji and nothing more.
“Being back in the @dancingwiththestars ballroom was absolutely magic! I have missed that energy! I’m so grateful to have been there with so much love and support and a huge thank you to @jennajohnson for the honor of recreating mine and @rikerlynch contemporary routine. Also showing @adam.edmunds my world was perfect thank you for being at my side and being my anchor. I couldn’t be more happy and excited for this next chapter,” she captioned a photo of her and beau Adam Edmunds on November 14.
She shared another pic of her and Edmunds on November 20.
“Grateful and happy,” she wrote in the caption.
