She’s also the founder and CEO of the wellness brand Passport to Beauty. In 2005, Vadhera founded her first makeup brand Global Goddess Beauty (in her garage, no less) and found instant success in Sephora and QVC. It wasn’t long before Vadhera’s products could be found globally in retailers Nordstrom, Dillards, HSN, QVC UK, Victoria’s Secret. Vadhera exited in 2010.

In 2016, Vadhera launched her women’s platform globally at the United Nations in New York City bringing her philosophy and practice of Business, Beauty, and Balance to 350 diplomats, CEO’s and country heads. Additionally, Vadhera co-founded The Boss Box to bring education and mentorship to women in entrepreneurship.
