Shipra Khanna
Conceived and raised in Shimla, she went to class at Loreto religious community and finished her graduation in Economics and Psychology from St Bede’s.
Shipra was hitched at 19 years old and has 2 youngsters from this marriage – one young lady and one kid. Shipra, having persevered through 10 years of being abused in her marriage, left the oppressive relationship in January 2011 and thusly sought legal separation and care of her 2 Children. Following which her mom selected her for the MasterChef India TV show.
Career
Subsequent to winning MasterChef India (season 2), Shipra had a TV program as a superstar culinary expert on Food, and proceeded to star in a lot more Televised Cooking Shows.
On 11 September 2013, she opened her first Restaurant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat named “H.O.T – House of Taste”
On fourteenth January 2017, Shipra Opened her First Restaurant in New Delhi, India named The Darzi Bar and Kitchen.
Awards & Honours
She was regarded with the title of ‘The Culinary Ambassador to Spain’ by the Spanish Ambassador to India in 2017.
In 2014, She was regarded with the title of ‘Culinary Connoisseur’ for Tourism Australia and Cox and Kings
She has been regarded by Le Cordon Bleu, Paris.
She won the title “Ladies Chef taking taste past borders” by SAARC Chamber Women Entrepreneurs Council (SCWEC).
She won the “Best Television Chef Book Outside Europe” by Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2017.
