![Growing up learning Indian Classical Music, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse musical genres, and techno is definitely one that has captured my interest. Samiksha Pednekar, sister of Bhumi Pednekar, recently took a stand against trolls who made negative comments about their appearance in a fun makeup video posted on Instagram. The video, showcasing Samiksha and Bhumi applying lipstick together, attracted attention for all the wrong reasons as trolls targeted their looks, suggesting they had the same plastic surgeon.
In the Instagram video shared by Samiksha and Bhumi a couple of days ago, the sisters were seen having a playful moment as they applied lipstick in front of the camera. The caption read, “Me and my best friend.”
However, some users took the opportunity to leave derogatory comments about their appearances. One user remarked, “This is what happens when we have the same surgeon, we can’t differentiate both of them.” Samiksha responded sharply, “Or same parents? Maybe?”

On the professional front, Bhumi Pednekar was last seen in the role of a journalist in the film Bhakshak. Directed by Pulkit and produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma, Bhakshak features an impressive ensemble cast including Sanjay Mishra, Aditya Srivastava, and Sai Tamhankar.
