![Growing up learning Indian Classical Music, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse musical genres, and techno is definitely one that has captured my interest. Rajesh Tiwari and his wife Sarita Tiwari were reportedly traveling from Kamalpur in Gopalganj, Bihar, to Chittaranjan, West Bengal. Unfortunately, before reaching Nirsa Market Chowk, their speeding car (WB44D-2899) collided with a divider, causing severe damage to the vehicle’s front. Both individuals were rescued by police and locals and rushed to Dhanbad Medical College Hospital. Despite emergency efforts, Rajesh Tiwari succumbed to his injuries, while Sarita Tiwari was admitted to the surgical ICU in critical condition.
Rajesh Tiwari, Pankaj Tripathi’s brother-in-law, served in the Indian Railways and was stationed in Chittaranjan. Family members revealed that he was traveling back to Chittaranjan from his village when the tragic accident occurred, leading to his untimely demise.

In August 2023, Pankaj Tripathi faced the loss of his father, Pandit Banaras Tiwari. An official statement from the family conveyed the sad news, stating that Pandit Banaras Tiwari had passed away at the age of 99. The statement mentioned that his last rites would be conducted on the same day in the presence of close family members. Pankaj Tripathi was en route to his village in Gopalganj at the time.
