In an interview with News18, Milan revealed that he and Ajay Devgn became close friends after a small disagreement about his scheduling issues.Ajay promised Milan that he would do his film but became busy with other projects. The director waited for him for months, and after six months of waiting, he became really angry with Ajay. Milan went to Ajay’s film set and vented out, saying, “You’ve been saying for six months that we will do the film. Are you going to start shooting my film or not? Tell me clearly.”

‘Kachche Dhaage’ tells the story of two step-brothers, Aftab, played by Ajay Devgn, and Dhananjay, played by Saif Ali Khan. The film also featured Manisha Koirala and Namrata Shirodkar as the leading ladies. After this, Ajay Devgn and Milan Luthria collaborated again in 2010 for ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai’.
