Article 370 box office collection day 4: Yami Gautam’s film maintains a steady performance on Monday, to earn Rs 3.25 crore | – Times of India


Yami Gautam‘s latest venture, Article 370, directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, has emerged as a box office powerhouse, grossing an impressive Rs 34.71 crore in its opening weekend. Maintaining its momentum, Article 370 has successfully navigated the Monday litmus test, maintaining a steady performance at the box office.
According to Sacnilk, the film recorded an overall 13.10 per cent Hindi occupancy on Monday, poised to rake in an estimated Rs 3.25 crore on its fourth day, bringing its total box office collection to Rs 26.15 crore net.
The film’s journey to success began on a high note, with an impressive opening day earning of Rs 5.9 crore. Building on this momentum, Article 370 witnessed substantial growth over the weekend, with collections soaring to Rs 7.4 crore on Saturday and a remarkable jump of over 20 per cent on Sunday, culminating in a staggering Rs 9.6 crore.

Amidst the buzz surrounding the film’s early box office triumph, Yami Gautam expressed her gratitude and optimism during an interaction with ANI. She stated, “We had full faith in the film striking the right chords and finding favor with the audience. We knew once a viewer watches the film once, his views and opinions in the matter (revocation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir) would change.”

Article 370 also features Priyamani, Arun Govil, and Kiran Karmarkar in pivotal roles.
