Patrick Mahomes will be making his fifth appearance in the Super Bowl on February 9, 2025. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has the full support of his family and friends as he and his team go for a three-peat.
On January 27, Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, took to Instagram to share her feelings.
“Here we go again. So beyond proud of you,” she captioned a post.
The Mahomes’ welcomed their third child, a daughter they named Golden Raye, just weeks ago. Nevertheless, Brittany Mahomes will undoubtedly be in the stands cheering on her main man.
Fans Reacted to Brittany Mahomes’ Post
Shortly after Brittany Mahomes posted to congratulate her husband, dozens of people reacted in the comments section
“Pat’s smile when he with Brittany is just the BEST,” one person wrote.
“Love this!! Love the way he looks at you!! He’s an amazing player but he’s a husband and a father first!!” someone else added.
“Thank you, @brittanylynne, for making all of the sacrifices you make to allow QB1 to be the best in the NFL. It doesn’t go unnoticed, and especially with you juggling motherhood and being the boss businesswoman you are. You should be celebrated just as much,” a third comment read.
“We are so happy for you guys! And in awe! Let’s do this!!” a fourth Instagram user said.
Many fans were upset following the AFC game in Kansas City. Some people felt that the referees in the game were favoring the Chiefs, thus helping KC secure the win over the Buffalo Bills.
“We can stay with false narratives or discuss this: Kansas City was 17th in percentage of scoring drives that were aided by a penalty for a first down. On such drives in regular season number one? Wait for it…Buffalo 33% of scoring drives were aided by penalty for a first down on 86 scoring drives,” Mitch Holthus said.
Brittany Mahomes shared the message on social media, according to Athlon Sports.
Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes also spoke out about the comments.
“This team’s been special because it’s been everybody,” he said, according to the outlet. “If you look at our entire season, it’s like someone makes a big play at the biggest moment to go out there and win a football game, if that’s offense, defense or special teams. The fact that it’s been everybody, it’s not just offense, it’s not just defense, it’s everybody on the entire team, it is something I’ll remember this season by and hopefully we can do it the right way and get this final win,” he added.
