Lisa Rinna has long said that leaving “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” was a smart decision, but she recently hinted that there was one way she could be persuaded to return to the “Housewives” franchise.
In a February 2024 interview with Fashion magazine, Rinna said resigning from RHOBH in January 2023 was a wise move on her part. “I don’t always make smart decisions. But that was a very smart decision,” she said of her departure from the Bravo reality show after eight seasons.
When asked if she’d ever do reality TV again, she responded, “I won’t be a Housewife again.” But she added, “If you offered me enough money, I would probably do just about anything!”

During her time on the Bravo reality show, Rinna was part of some of the biggest RHOBH scenes of all time how, including a blowout fight in Amsterdam and a storyline about Munchausen syndrome.
She told Fashion she worked well on the show because she has a “very strong bull[expletive] meter.”
“I can’t help myself,” she said. “That’s why it was really great for me on RHOBH and why it was also really hard for me on the show, because there’s a fine line to how much people want to be called out. And I just call everybody out.”
“I understood the assignment,” she added in the interview.
Days after her resignation from RHOBH, Rinna told Interview magazine she wasn’t sure who would be able to fill her shoes on the show. ‘I did a lot of work,” she noted. “Because I’m a worker bee and I’ll just do it. I’ll say it. I don’t have any fear. If you’re so liked, you’re not going to want to do the work. So who’s going to do the work over there? That’s my question. Who’s doing the work? Who’s going to say, ‘I heard you said this about me?’ Who’s going to do that? You tell me. Who’s going to do that over there?”
Lisa Rinna Previously Hinted She’s Too Old to Be on the Real Housewives
While Rinna teased she’d do anything for the right price, she has talked about an expiration date for Housewives. During a February appearance on “That’s a Gay A– Podcast, Rinna, 61, speculated that her former co-star Lisa Vanderpump, 64, was being courted by Bravo for a return.
“Because, like, who else? They know I’m not going back,” she said. Rinna then added, “You don’t want to be in your sixties on the [expletive] Housewives. Okay? That’s always what I envisioned in my mind. You don’t want to be a 60-[expletive]-year-old Housewife.”
