Bosco Martis reveals Shah Rukh Khan never complains or asks for a change in choreography; says Saif Ali Khan and Sanjay Dutt know their limitations so they surrender | – Times of India

Choreographer Bosco Martis recently opened up about choreographing Shah Rukh Khan. According to him, the superstar doesn’t stop despite being in pain.
In an interview with Siddharth Kanan, he expressed his admiration for the actor’s dedication, noting that SRK never stopped working despite experiencing pain. Bosco mentioned that SRK’s only concern was whether the steps suited him or not, emphasizing that there were no instances of demanding star behavior.Despite dealing with a knee injury and back pain, SRK never complained or requested changes to the choreography during the shoot. Bosco recounted that even though the streets were cobbled and slippery, SRK remained unfazed and trusted the choreographer to handle everything. He praised SRK’s commitment to delivering his best performance, highlighting that although SRK initially found some steps uncomfortable, he remained fully committed to the process. Throughout the shoot, SRK never once asked Bosco to alter the steps or choreography, demonstrating his professionalism and respect for the creative vision.

Over the years, Bosco has collaborated with numerous actors who may not excel in dancing, and they openly acknowledge their limitations. Bosco cited Saif Ali Khan as an example, recalling an incident while choreographing him for the song ‘Twist’ from Love Aaj Kal. Despite rehearsing the steps, Saif struggled to get them right even after 47 takes. Bosco recognized that dance isn’t inherently ingrained in Saif’s DNA like it is for choreographers. Nonetheless, Saif gracefully accepted his shortcomings and approached Bosco for guidance. Another actor who demonstrates a similar attitude when facing difficulties with dance steps is Sanjay Dutt, as revealed by Bosco.
