Kim Bo Ra announces wedding with director Jo Bareun; couple to tie the knot in June | – Times of India

Actress Kim Bo Ra is getting married!
In some happy news shared on Tuesday morning, Noon Company, the agency representing actress Kim Bo Ra, disclosed that the star will be exchanging vows with her director beau, Jo Bareun. According to a report on JTBC, the couple will tie the knot in June, 2024.
The news network citing insider sources claimed that Kim and Jo, first crossed paths on the set of the ENA drama ‘Ghost Mansion’ in 2021.
Despite a six-year age gap, their friendship grew into a strong relationship with the couple finally deciding to take the plunge together.
Director Jo Bareun, an accomplished director in the film industry, has notable awards to his name, including the Korean Fantastic Short Film Award at the 21st Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival. His portfolio spans various genres, encompassing both drama and film, with notable works such as ‘Ghost Mansion’, ‘Gang’ (2020), and ‘Slate’ (2020).
Meanwhile, Kim Bo Ra, who made her debut in 2005, garnered widespread recognition following her appearance in the JTBC K-Drama ‘Sky Castle’.
Kim was last in a highly publicised romance with her ‘Sky Castle’ co-star Jo Byung-gyu. The two dated for over a year, before calling it quits. They ended their romance in 2020 shortly after their series wrapped. Although they ‘grew apart’ romantically, they continued to remain friends.
