The heart-stopping survival drama, ‘Manjummel Boys,’ which captivated audiences in theaters earlier this year, has now made its highly anticipated debut on the OTT platform.

Directed by Chidambaram and featuring an ensemble cast led by the versatile Soubin Shahir, the film promises to enthrall viewers with its gripping narrative and stellar performances.

Originally hitting the silver screen on February 22, the film quickly emerged as a box office sensation. Now, just a little over two months since its theatrical release, ‘Manjummel Boys’ is set to reach a wider audience with its online streaming premiere.

Drawing inspiration from a real-life incident dating back to 2006, the story revolves around a group of friends from Kerala embarking on a trip to Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. However, their adventure takes a perilous turn when one of them plunges into a deep pit while exploring the renowned Gunaa Caves. What ensues is a riveting tale of survival as the group endeavors to rescue their trapped comrade.
With a stellar lineup of talent including Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathi S. Poduval, Lal Jr., Deepak Parambol, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Arun Kurian, Khalid Rahman, and Shebin Benson, “Manjummel Boys” delivers compelling performances that have garnered widespread acclaim.
Behind the scenes, the film boasts a formidable technical crew, with music composed by Sushin Shyam and cinematography by Shyju Khalid. Vivek Harshan’s deft editing has indeed enhanced the thrilling experience of this survival thriller.
