Earlier this year, filmmaker Boney Kapoor had revealed that Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor will feature in ‘No Entry’. This film will be helmed by Anees Bazmee, who also called the shots for the 2005 film, featuring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan.
Now, ETimes has learnt that the shoot schedule for the same has been chalked out and Boney Kapoor has greenlit to take his most ambitious project ‘No Entry 2’ on floors in December this year.A source close to Boney Kapoor told ETimes, “Director Anees Bazmee will begin ‘No Entry 2’ with Diljit, Varun and Arjun in double roles and 10 leading ladies from December 2024. He plans to wrap the shoot by June 2024. The sequel will be a Zee Studios – Bayview production.”
Speaking about the project, Boney Kapoor had confirmed previously to PTI, “That chapter is over. Now, we have Diljit, Varun and Arjun in the film. Varun and Arjun are best of friends, and Diljit is fantastic at comedy. So, I think this makes for a good and interesting combination. While the male actors and Bazmee are locked, the 10 female leads are yet to be cast in the film.”
Anees Bazmee, who has just finished the ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ shoot, also confirmed to us, “Yes, my next project will be ‘No Entry 2’.” ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ stars Triptii Dimri, Kartik Aaryan, Madhuri Dixit, Vijay Raaz and Vidya Balan in pivotal roles.
