Actress Jessica Alba is heading for divorce from her husband Cash Warren, according to TMZ.
TMZ reported on January 8 that Alba is on the verge of calling “it quits” with Warren and filing divorce paperwork.
A divorce is looming, and they’ve already separated, according to TMZ. The couple shares three kids together.
According to TMZ, the reason for the divorce is not clear, but Alba and Warren have been seen without their wedding rings, and she attended a pre-Golden Globes party without him. They’ve been married since 2008, and their oldest child is now 16, TMZ reported.

Alba posted a family photo on her Instagram page just five days before TMZ’s report. “he best day at #UniversalStudios celebrating our 7️⃣ year old, Hayes! 🎂🎊🎟️🎢🥳 Thank you for having us, @unistudios 🫶🏽” she wrote.
She also shared a photo showing her with Warren and their three kids the day after Christmas, writing, “Happy Holidays from our familia to yours 🫶🏽🤍💫😘”
She shared a similar family picture showing togetherness on Thanksgiving and wrote, “Happy #Thanksgiving from me and mine to you and yours 🫶🏽🤎 Sending lots of love and light.”
In May, Alba wrote a tribute to Warren on the couple’s 16th wedding anniversary. “16 years of marriage, 20 years together and forever to go… Happy Anniversary @cash_warren 🫶🏽 I’m proud of us for making it this far. There is no real set of rules or guidance that can ever prepare you for what it means to commit to another person and choose to be family. Through thick and thin we have continually found our way back to each other and have chosen one another. Cheers to us, I love you,”‘ she wrote.
Warren hasn’t posted on his Instagram page for months.

According to Page Six, Alba and Warren met on the set of the film, “The Fantastic Four” in 2004. He was the assistant director.
The site reports that they married in a courthouse ceremony after Alba became pregnant with their oldest child.
In 2021, Alba spoke to People Magazine about how communication was important to their marriage. “At different times, there were different things that we needed. Around the time I had the kids, it was like, ‘I need [date night] once a week.’ And he’s been like, ‘I need you to be present on the weekends and not work.’ Over-communicating, maybe that’s it,” she told People then.
She added in that interview, “I don’t think we have a secret at all. We just have to check each other.”
