Jennifer Garner is still romancing her boyfriend businessman John Miller, but his patience is running out over the fact that her ex-husband Ben Affleck remains a “constant presence” in her life, according to Life & Style.
“John has shown the patience of an absolute saint, he’s been so supportive and understanding of Jen’s situation with Ben,” a source told Life & Style. “But at this point, even he’s hit the wall. Ben’s constant presence is very hard to take, John’s like the third wheel in his own relationship.”
Garner and Affleck were married for 13 years and shared three kids together. Affleck is currently going through a divorce from his second wife, Jennifer Lopez.

Affleck is in constant contact with Garner, according to Life & Style’s source.
“Even when the guy’s not around he’s calling and texting, it could be about the kids or an emergency, so Jen always answers,” the source told the publication. “It’s obvious she adores him, and it’s always been understood, any man that dates her has to be okay with Ben.”
Miller “accepts” Garner’s relationship with Affleck, according to Life & Style. However, the source believes that Affleck pushes Garner’s boundaries.
“And unless Jen can start holding her ground and start making her life with John a priority there’s a growing feeling among his friends that he won’t be able to take this situation much longer, something’s got to give,” the source told Life & Style.
Jennifer Garner Is Not Getting Back Together With Ben Affleck, Another Report Says

Another report in In Touch Weekly says that Garner is not getting back with Affleck despite their continued closeness.
“They’re not getting back together,” a source told that magazine. “Jen laughs off those rumors, even though that’s the Hollywood ending everyone hopes for.”
“Jen is still dating John and Ben is very supportive of that,” the source told In Touch. “Ben’s single and just taking life one day at a time. They’re far from perfect, but Jen and Ben are a great example of how coparenting should work.”
According to People, Garner and Affleck even spent Christmas together with the kids. “Jen and Ben were all together for Christmas. It’s all for the kids,” a source told People. “Jen grew up surrounded by her family for the holidays, and she wants the same for her kids.”
Garner has dated Miller off and on since 2018, according to People. “The kids enjoy when they all spend time together,” the source told People of Garner and Affleck “Jen’s grateful that Ben’s doing well. They are friends, but that’s it.”
