Fitness instructor and personal trainer with a passionate for living a healthier lifestyle and achieving the highest goals for clients, who is known for starting her own personal gym Casey Loves Fitness. She is also known for being a 1st Phorm athlete who was featured in both Forbes and Huffington Post and shares her modeling and fitness shots through Instagram.
Born as Casey Fleyshman, by profession, Fleyshman is a fitness model and trainer who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for Did You Dye, a specialty-hand-dyed sock company. She has been able to get established as a certified nutritional coach, personal trainer and fitnesspreneur.

Fleyshman was born in 1987 and her place of birth is in California, the United States. She developed an interest in health and fitness. Her mother placed her in ballet class at the age of 3. She never knew that ballet would be her regular task which she continues daily until the age of 20. She spent between 8 and 19 hours every day in the ballet studio. The ballet gave her a new target in her life and develop love with the artistic outlet, structure and commitment. It was a tough decision for her to quit ballet and pursue her other passions including fashion. For this, she decided to move to Los Angeles at the age of 20.

She was enrolled at Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) from where she garnered an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree majoring in Design and Visual Communications in 2010. She is a Certified Nutrition Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness).

In Los Angeles, she continued going gym every day for six years performing endless amounts of cardio and sit-ups. She also got a personal training coach so that she could work hard for being able to participate in the bikini bodybuilding competition. Following a rigorous course and diet plans, she was able to lose bodyweight that even made her feel weak remarking the need for doctor advice. Her doctor advised her to revise her fitness plan as it could be risking and negatively impacting her health. After this, she developed a passion for being a Certified Personal trainer and started exploring every fitness and health nutrition book.As of now, she has been working as a Certified Personal trainer to multiple clients and letting them grab new happiness. She has been contributing to those who are passionate about living a healthier lifestyle. She wishes that nobody goes through wrong choices in life in search of a healthy and fit body.

Previously, she worked as a Substitute Assistant Teacher for Northwest Regional Education Service District from March 2008 to 2010. During that time, she was responsible for leading students forward in becoming more acclimated to their surroundings. She founded Urban DollHouse serving as the owner and designer from 2010 to 2015 in Los Angeles.

For a year, she worked as a Tier 2 Personal Trainer working full-time for Equinox in Hollywood California. From July 2015, she started working as a Fitness Model. She runs her own website caseylovesfitness.comand has been serving as a Personal Trainer for Casey Loves Fitness since October 2015. She is fulfilling responsibilities like fitness/ health role model for social platforms, promoting peak physical and health condition, designing instructional videos, working directly with clients to develop personal fitness goals and improve health, wellbeing and body composition.

Casey Fleyshman is married to famous entrepreneur Dan Fleyshman since November 11, 2018. They are very supportive and often update their vacant time moment through their Instagram handles. Her husband has already spoken for more than 250 events and is a successful business influencer. Fleyshman is very close to other fitness enthusiasts like Diana Maux, Sunny Andrews and so on.
