Sèfora Arruda : Singer | Songwriter

Sèfora Arruda, born on November 12, 1992, is a Portuguese singer. 

 She began to write her feelings in prose and poetry, at age 12 she began to write music. She grew up among rappers, and Portugal being an African nation, her Latin-African culture never left behind. After being known on Portuguese television, the beauty pageants in Brazil that has won titles of “Miss and muse”, and participating in third edition of the reality show “love on Top”, Sèfora abandoned her career as a dancer and photographic model thanking every moment, but said she needed to do what she loved and showed her taste and talent as a singer and songwriter. She even went into the studio to record the first songs. Some even extol women’s empowerment.

Willing to take a new direction in her career, Séfora learned some techniques in the studios and worked to put together a show that promises to surprise.
“I always liked to sing and dance a lot, I like that vibe that I transmit to peoples. And they always praised my performances. The career as a model is good, but I want to bet on my talent. I know that any path that involves art may not be recognized immediately, but I am prepared. I don’t want to be in the shadow of a reality show, I want to build my own career ”

To reach the charts, Séfora bets on its own compositions, mixing two rhythms: reggaeton and trap. But it will not end there. “Natty Natasha [who has already recorded with Anitta] inspires me a lot as a woman, and has a personality very similar to mine”, she confesses. “I don’t just want to sing and cheer up the audience, I want to send a nice message”.

Even in this new phase, the Portuguese does not rule out participating in any other reality on TV or beauty project. “It is never a word that does not exist in my life. I will do everything that is good for my career. I lead my career without prejudices and taboos. I like to dare and surprise ”.
