Born in Kazakhstan, Regina is a Professional make up artist and youtuber. Ruling as the empress of eye makeup, she can go from deep and expressive to clean and natural, Regina can master it all! She showcases her wide range of makeup looks on her YouTube channel called PICTURRESQUE. Regina’s makeup style is wonderfully diverse, ranging from high-fashion to more experimental. Her fashionable looks offer a seamless balance between softness and edginess.

She moved to Germany with her family when she was six where she lives right now, thus she speaks fluent russian, german and english, although she still uses english in her social media platforms as much as possible to reach international audience. She is around 33 and blessed with a beautiful daughter, but she likes to keep her personal life off social media. 

She was always fascinated by makeup and started experimenting with it when she turned 14 and got her first eye shadow palette. She was very much inspired by Fashion Magazines and started learning more on her own. Around 18, she got to know about makeup tutorials on youtube mainly by PETRILUDE and PIXIWOO, from where she says she got most of her skills. She never visited a makeup school although she wanted to but couldn’t afford it, so she worked as a regular trainee office clerk. She worked there for four to five years but left it eventually as she always knew she wanted to something in the makeup industry. 

She started out in makeup as a freelancer, doing makeup for her friends at events and bridal makeup. She realised soon enough she wanted to do something more than bridal makeup as she found it to be limited and boring because she is a very creative person and likes to experiment a lot. Makeup for her is a way to express herself. So she started using herself as a canvas and tried out different looks on herself, different characters with unique hairstyles, jewelry, clothes, context and all, just how people know her work right now.

In her experimental works, her audience see a genuine love for the colors and textures of makeup. She creates a variety of versions, each with a specific hue which corresponds to a theme. Red produces a devil face, green represents envy and berry signals lust. In her recent work, Regina continues to develop her experimental looks, now focusing on different wig and makeup combinations. In addition to makeup, Regina is also an accomplished tattoo artist—fake tattoos, that is! With an expert level of patience and control, Regina makes intricate designs, complete with professional shading and details.
