Baldev Singh Bali
Prof. Baldev Singh Bali (otherwise called B.S.Bali) is an Indian old style performer and Teacher emeritus at the Foundation of Music and Expressive arts Jammu where he additionally filled in as the Dignitary of the School and Top of the Music Personnel.

Baldev Singh Bali did his B.A. from the College of Jammu and Kashmir and Prabhakar (Praises in Hindi) from the College of Punjab. He finished his Lords in music from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal in Pune, Maharashtra.
He joined the Establishment of Music and Expressive arts Jammu as a teacher for vocal Indian old style music. In 1972 he was advanced as a Senior Educator and later to the place of Head in 1993. He resigned in 1998 as ex-Dignitary of the School and Top of the Music Staff at College of Jammu. He has been an ex-part on Warning Board of All India Radio and a specialist part on the meeting Leading body of the Organization of Music and Expressive arts comprised by the Jammu and Kashmir Foundation of Workmanship, Culture and Dialects.
